Making Sense in the Chaos

What a year 2025 has been. I have been reflecting on how we navigate the chaos unfolding in the world today - a seemingly unbelievable momentum towards separation arising from our political and economic systems, juxtaposed with the outpourings of love and charity towards neighbours in countries we may never visit. The kindness of the human heart knows no bounds.

What if we can see the chaos itself as meaningful - an essential adaptation in the emergence of our soul truth as individuals, and of an evolving Gaia in creation?

Often, when we are in the struggle of chaos, we cannot see what is really going on from a wider, whole-world perspective. We get wound up in the stories from the past and in the frenzy of life, losing sight of what is truly unfolding. This week, uncertainty has been a strong theme arising among my clients and friends - what’s going to happen, especially with the rapid changes brought about by the AI tech revolution. None of us truly know.

Let us look ahead in time and bring in the perspective of a harmonious future, a future we are all creating every single moment in the NOW.

Our collective and individual responses are held within the entire system of consciousness, and we are consciousness. On a very practical level, how we respond matters. Every thought and action you take adds to the in-formation of universal consciousness.

This gives us great power: the power to love and to be joyful, the power to be kind and to touch those around us with goodness, the power of freedom.
